Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic and don't bill insurance directly. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover their sessions. If you'd like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance on your own.

What makes this different from a traditional PT clinic?

Every session is 1-on-1 with the same clinician, no aides, no rotating staff, no 15-minute check-ins. We take the time to do a genuinely detailed assessment that connects your history, your mechanics, and how your issue started. Then we build a plan specific to you, not a protocol pulled off a shelf.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?

Yes. Virtual visits are available for clients who prefer to work remotely or can't always make it into the Pasadena clinic. It's a good option for follow-ups, programming check-ins, and movement coaching when you can't be in person.
