Ready to Get Back to Training?

We are a cash-based clinic, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Many clients find that the 1-on-1 time, individualized plan, and faster progress more than offset the cost. We accept full payment or installments, and we're happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Your first visit is a detailed evaluation, we take the time to understand your history, how your pain or limitation started, and how it connects to your movement patterns and strength. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan built around your training goals.

Evaluations typically run 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are structured to give you enough time to work through your plan thoroughly, you'll never feel rushed or handed off to a technician mid-session.

Yes. Telehealth visits are available for clients who prefer to work remotely or who are managing travel. Virtual sessions follow the same individualized approach, programming, coaching, and plan adjustments included.
