Physical Therapist in Pasadena, CA | Prestige and Performance PT

The Detail That Changes Everything

Most clinics spend 15 minutes with you. At Prestige and Performance Physical Therapy, your first visit is built around understanding your whole story, your training history, your mechanics, and exactly where things went wrong.

Built for Athletes Who Refuse to Settle

Prestige and Performance PT was founded on a simple conviction: active adults and athletes deserve a clinician who is as invested in their training as they are. Every plan is individualized, every session is 1-on-1, and nothing gets skipped in the name of speed.

Our Values

Strength First. Root Cause Always.

Every decision at this clinic starts with understanding why the problem exists, then building a strength-based plan to fix it durably.

1-on-1 Every Session

You work with the same clinician from evaluation through discharge. No handoffs, no surprises, no drop in quality of care.

Exercise-First Rehab

Weights, resistance, and movement are at the center of every plan. Modalities support the work, they don't replace it.

Whole-Body Assessment

Pain is rarely just about the spot that hurts. Every evaluation connects your history, movement patterns, and mechanics to find the real source.

Education Built In

Clients leave with a clear understanding of what happened and a repeatable plan to stay out of the cycle of recurring flare-ups.

Dr. Ho has shown me stretches and exercises that helped alleviate my back pain that I have been experiencing from work. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He takes the time to explain each step to me and is incredibly patient. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for physical therapist! Thanks Dr. Ho!

My experience was excellent. I feel much better after aggravating a chronic back injury, I learned a lot of preventative care I can do to avoid more problems down the line, and enjoyed talking during our sessions. I would recommend anyone come here for physical therapy knowing they will have a personalized and effective experience
Alexander Nachlis
Vincent is an amazing PT. He assessed my previous injuries and walked me through so many exercises to help strengthen my body. I’ve never activated my hamstrings so much and I loved it! Really excited to go back for my next session in a few weeks. 10/10 would recommend Vincent and PNP PT. His attention to detail and desire to truly help is like no other.

Vincent is an incredible PT! I went to him about about 5 months ago for a hamstring injury that was causing me immense pain. He created a comprehensive plan that fixed not only the injury but my posterior pelvic tilt and weak pelvic floor muscles. I am now completely pain free. He takes time to listen to how you are feeling throughout each movement. I couldn’t recommend more!

Vincent has really helped me overcome a lingering Achilles tendon issue as a runner. He is very knowledgeable and the coaching app with personalized videos and exercises is great for keeping me on track between visits. I highly recommend him.

Incredible! Could not have recovered fully from surgery without him - and on top of that fixed my rib flare. Thank you so so much for all of your help!

As an athlete with multiple injuries, I’ve been to quite a few physical therapists over the years and Vincent is the best! So grateful I found him after I had my surgery. His attention to detail and full body analysis truly sets him apart as he takes in consideration how the whole body moves together. Would highly recommend!
